Lisa Wimberly Allen and Dean Allen love Florida's Emerald Coast and its white beaches, and they are ready to help you with all of your real estate needs.  

Lisa grew up in an Air Force family, and she moved many times before settling in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, when her father was last stationed at Eglin Air Force Base.  She knows first-hand the importance of someone working closely with families as they are relocating and buying or selling real estate.  Lisa has been a licensed real estate professional for more than twenty years, and she is ready to help you buy or sell your home.

Dean has been a real estate investor for more than fifteen years, and he knows that real estate is one of the best ways for individuals and families to build their wealth. 

Dean and Lisa work as full partners in their real estate business, and they fully share parenting of their two children -- Jonathan and Rachel. 

Working with our team provides you expertise from four real estate professionals.  Lisa's father, Charles Wimberly, Sr., has served as Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21 Wimco Realty for more than twenty-five years.  Lisa's brother, Charles Wimberly, Jr., works as Managing Broker of the company.  And, all four of them work together to serve the needs of real estate clients.

Lisa and Dean have pursued further training to enhance their knowledge and service.  Both of them have earned Ph.D. degrees in Ethics.  They also have earned the GRI designation, which means they are Graduates of the Realtor Institute, a rigorous training program designed to enhance the effectiveness of real estate professionals.
